PGM's Services
Our services are based on the needs of the individual and we focus on an array of things to bring wellness and healing to the mind, body, and spirit.
Nurse Case Management
We provide Nurse case management services to individuals impacted by gun violence, mental health, and health challenges at no cost to the client. We do charge the insurance company for billable services only.
Community Engagement
Our 501c3 non-profit provide multiple community engagement activities and events. We also provide an multitude of programs.
Grassroot Services
We are HUD accredited, we provide referrals to mental health services, grief support, peer support groups, mentor, workforce development, food support, transportation support, veteran support, and more.
Summits and Victim Prevention Services
We offer support to our youth ages 4-24 years old and their family members within the household. We support in many ways like visits at hospital, summits, weekly meetings, bible study, tutoring at no cost, and more.
Community Events
We provide two major community events to support the community and our clients. We have the Annual PGM's Wear Orange Gun Violence Community Unity Awareness and PGM's Breast and Prostate Cancer Comedy Dinner FUNraiser. We host annual mental health summits virtually.
Grief Support and Spiritual Services
We offer grief support groups for all: PGM's Growing Minds, PGM's Men on the Rise, PGM's Women on the Move, PGM's Connected by the Heart, PGM's Parents Corner, PGM's Without One, and PGM'S: The Love of God Bible Study. We offer so much more.
